UPC Battle of the Bands

On Friday, September 9th six bands comprised of Auburn students competed for cash and glory in UPC's Annual Battle of the Bands.

There were prizes for both judges choice, and fan favorite, which was determined by the audience voting via text message.

In their third year competing, Blame Sydney! took home first place and some great memories of a enthusiastic crowd.

Bottle Up and Explode, Gypsies with Knives, Maven, Just Marked, and Sweet Jimmy Carter and the Outlaws also performed. The event MC was Brandon Crocker, an Atlanta based musician.
